Vital VoIP from SYO has been our VoIP phone service provider for several years.
I am the Accountant/Office Manager for a local municipality in the Metro Detroit area.
One of the challenges we were facing with our old phone system (from our internet service provider) was the lack of technical support. We would call, get transferred several times and still received inconsistent support for the issues we were trying to rectify. For instance, just having the phones ringing simultaneously to our employees so that we wouldn’t miss a call was not an easy fix.
